Verified PurchaseIf you're going to limit customers to only purchasing your diffuser by getting rid of the adapter piece, then the design should not be cheap. A piece chipped when detaching after one use and now there's nothing to hold it in place. Waste of money

Verified PurchaseSo frustrating it keeps falling from the hair dryer and broke only a couple of weeks after I used. I bought a universal one from Amazon it works better. For the price of the hair dryer and this I would recommend investing in another hair dryer and diffuser as this is so frustrating to be sold accessories that are not working properly
And prevent then the optimal use of the hair dryer. A shame because GHD would normally always be my go to.

Soft curls
Verified PurchaseI wish I could use my other diffuser on the dryer. Curls don’t last as long with the shape and depth of the particular tool. If it had a well with sides I would be happy and/or the ability to use something else.
Curls are messy and won’t hold a set.
I’m a bit disappointed.
